Key Account Manager - Exhibitions and Events

Role Overview Skyline Events - The Expo Builders, a flagship unit of Build-Craftxpo International Pvt. Ltd., is one of India's most reputed exhibition stand design and build companies with over 15 years of industry experience and 2,500+ booths executed across India, UAE, Europe, USA, and Asia. We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager who brings deep expertise in the exhibition and trade show sector to join our growing team in Faridabad. The ideal professional will own strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure flawless delivery of exhibition projects from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned key accounts and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with exhibitors, corporate clients, and international partners - Understand each client's specific exhibition goals and deliver tailored booth design, fabrication, and event solutions that align with their brand objectives - Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to generate repeat business and expand account revenue - Develop account growth strategies, revenue forecasts, and support management in meeting overall sales and profitability targets - Coordinate with internal Design, Production, Operations, Graphics, and Vendor teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery - Prepare client proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documentation, and lead negotiations to close business opportunities - Maintain accurate CRM records, track project status and account performance, and submit regular management reports Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Exhibition, Trade Show, Event Infrastructure, or Booth Design and Build industry is mandatory - Demonstrated track record in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or Business Development within an exhibition or events company - Sound understanding of exhibition stand design, fabrication, production workflows, and event execution processes - Experience managing both domestic and international exhibition projects - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms Why Join Us At Skyline Events, you will gain unparalleled exposure to global trade shows and international projects while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment that rewards creativity and performance. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Exhibition, Trade Show, or Booth Design and Build industry - Proven background in Key Account Management or Client Servicing within an exhibition company - Strong knowledge of exhibition stand design, fabrication, and event execution processes - Experience with domestic and international exhibition projects - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time - Commercial acumen including budgeting and revenue forecasting - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools - Willingness to travel across India and internationally as required - Existing network within the exhibition and trade show industry is an advantage
