Job Description

Role Overview IKEA is looking for a Key Account Manager in Bengaluru to drive B2B sales growth and build strong partnerships with the local business community. In this commercial role, you will develop the Key Account Management strategy, present large-scale home furnishing projects, and manage B2B transactions. Key Responsibilities - Proactively contribute to the store commercial plan to deliver B2B sales and profitability goals - Analyze the local market and business customer needs to improve the B2B shopping experience - Create and execute the Key Account Management (KAM) strategy and action plan with key stakeholders - Build long-lasting relationships with the local business community and increase B2B brand awareness - Present and sell large-scale furnishing projects to corporate customers and stakeholder groups - Analyze B2B sales and customer KPI performance to prioritize growth initiatives and improvements - Lead negotiations for RFPs and B2B contracts to finalize terms, pricing, and project completion - Coordinate with Customer Fulfillment and other teams to oversee execution and after-sales care Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Solid understanding of Key Account Management practices and local market B2B compliance standards - Project management skills with strong analytical, numerical, and financial assessment capabilities - Proven negotiation and communication skills with the ability to pitch large-scale projects - Ability to understand complex business requirements and make quick, customer-focused decisions Why Join Us At IKEA, we believe in people and offer an accepting workplace where you can grow.
