Junior Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview SOFAR is seeking a dynamic Junior or Senior Marketing Manager to drive regional B2B marketing communications and brand growth across the India market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised solar and energy storage solutions provider that is rapidly expanding its presence in India. You will play a key role in shaping how SOFAR connects with installers, distributors, EPCs and business customers across the country. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute regional B2B marketing strategies covering exhibitions, roadshows, digital marketing, social media, PR and brand campaigns - Drive local brand awareness and promotion among installers, distributors, EPCs, channel partners and business customers - Create and localise marketing content including product materials, campaign assets, social media posts and customer-facing communications - Collaborate closely with sales, technical and product teams to understand market requirements and deliver targeted marketing support - Coordinate industry events, seminars, installer engagement activities, partner campaigns, media relations and brand partnership projects - Conduct market research, track competitor activity and gather customer insights specific to the India solar market - Monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign analysis reports and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness Required Qualifications - Three to five years of marketing communications experience, preferably in a B2B environment - Prior experience in renewable energy, solar, energy storage or the electrical industry is an added advantage - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a bonus - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline - Strong project management, communication and cross-functional coordination abilities - Self-driven, hands-on professional comfortable working in a fast-growing international organisation Why Join Us SOFAR offers you the chance to take real ownership of marketing initiatives in one of the most exciting growth markets for clean energy globally. - 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing communications experience - Experience in renewable energy, solar, energy storage or electrical industry is a plus - Fluent in English; Hindi or other Indian languages are an advantage - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field - Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills - Ability to create and localise marketing content for diverse audiences - Experience managing industry events, roadshows and partner campaigns - Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
