IT Support Engineer

Role Overview Reward360 Global Services is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team in Bengaluru. As India's premier customer engagement solutions company, we deliver cutting-edge loyalty solutions to top enterprises globally. In this role, you will manage end-user support, network troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure administration. Key Responsibilities - Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, network, and applications. - Support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Ubuntu Linux, and macOS systems. - Manage Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and Entra ID access. - Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall systems. - Implement IT security policies and manage endpoint security tools. - Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, hardware, and licenses. - Coordinate with external vendors to resolve support requests. Required Qualifications - Strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu Linux, and macOS administration. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID. - Solid understanding of networking concepts and firewall configurations. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
