Intern - IT Support Engineer

Role Overview Reward360 Global Services is seeking a proactive Intern - IT Support Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team in Bengaluru. During this hands-on internship, you will work alongside senior IT professionals to resolve technical issues and support daily IT operations. Key Responsibilities - Provide L1 technical support to employees for hardware and software issues. - Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware. - Diagnose and replace faulty components such as RAM, SSDs, and screens. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems. - Assist in onboarding new employees with device and account setup. - Monitor local network connectivity, including Wi-Fi and basic devices. - Track IT support tickets in the helpdesk and maintain asset inventory. Required Qualifications - Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of computer hardware parts and peripheral installation. - Familiarity with networking concepts, including IP addresses, DNS, and DHCP. - Good communication and customer service skills with a patient attitude. - Eagerness to learn new systems and collaborate within a support team.
