As an IT Specialist, you will oversee the installation, management, troubleshooting, and repair of our computer networks and server systems. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, server systems, and related hardware and software. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, LAN/WAN, and internet systems. - Train and instruct system users in proper software utilization and security best practices. - Plan and coordinate IT equipment moves, installations, and system enhancements. - Manage network security measures, end-user support applications, and network disk space. - Maintain accurate inventories of all technological devices and ensure proper backup protocols. Required Qualifications - Technical, trade, or vocational school degree in a relevant information technology discipline. - At least 2 years of professional experience in IT system and network administration. - Strong troubleshooting capabilities for both hardware and software systems. - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors effectively. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
