Role Overview Join Marriott International as a Guest Service Associate and help us create memorable and unique food, beverage, and event experiences. As an F&B and Event Service Expert, you will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to satisfy our guests. You will represent the Fairfield Guarantee, ensuring that every guest leaves our hotel satisfied. Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional food, beverage, and event services to create a unique guest experience. - Set up tables and event materials accurately in communication with culinary teams. - Welcome and acknowledge all guests warmly according to Marriott standards. - Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting maintenance needs promptly. - Maintain professional appearance and clean uniform standards at all times. - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and uphold quality expectations. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage, catering, or hospitality service. - Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. - Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects up to 25 pounds. - Strong team spirit and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
