INTERNATIONAL ROAMING NETWORK OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Role Overview Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) is seeking a skilled International Roaming Network Operations Specialist to join our global operations hub in Pune. You will provide 24/7 first-line support for international roaming platforms, monitoring alarms and managing incidents to ensure seamless connectivity. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and troubleshoot international roaming services to ensure continuous global connectivity. - Manage proactive and reactive network incidents in compliance with agreed SLAs. - Perform first-level triage and coordinate with cross-functional resolver teams. - Analyze network performance metrics to address KPI degradation and customer issues. - Identify operation automation opportunities to support continuous process improvement. - Work on core network technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and VoLTE optimization. - Prepare and communicate network incident reports clearly to key stakeholders. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science). - 5 to 10 years of experience in international roaming and core network technologies. - Strong knowledge of signalling technologies such as SS7, LTE, SMS/SMPP, and DRA/DEA. - Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills in English.
