Role Overview Sutherland Global Services is actively seeking enthusiastic and communication-driven individuals to join its International Non-Voice Customer Support team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced BPO professionals looking to build a career in international chat and email support processes. The role involves handling customer queries for global clients through written communication channels in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to international clients through email and chat channels. Respond to customer inquiries accurately and within defined turnaround times. Maintain strong written communication standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. Adhere to process guidelines, quality benchmarks, and shift schedules. Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to continuously improve service delivery. Required Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work in rotational night shifts on a five-day work week. Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period. Basic computer proficiency with good typing speed. Prior experience in BPO, chat support, or email support is an advantage but not mandatory. Graduation is not mandatory — undergraduates are also eligible to apply.
