Job Description

Role Overview Innova ESI is hiring International Customer Service Representatives to deliver Tier 2 customer support for US-based clients. This is a work-from-office role based out of BDC 7 and BDC 9 in Bangalore, requiring candidates to be flexible across both locations. The position operates on a US shift (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) with rotational work weeks. Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality Tier 2 customer support with a focus on complete issue resolution - Ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction on every interaction - Handle inbound queries from international customers across various US time zones - Maintain professionalism and communication standards in line with Versant scoring criteria - Adapt to rotational work weeks including Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, and Wed-Sun schedules Required Qualifications - Must clear Versant assessment with a minimum score of 58 - Strong verbal communication skills in English suitable for US-based customer interactions - Willingness to work night shifts and flexible rotational schedules - Must provide all relieving letters from previous employers, latest offer letter, last 3 months payslips and bank statements, and PF documents or Form 16/Form 26AS at the time of joining - Prior experience in international voice process or BPO environment preferred Why Join Us Innova ESI offers a structured career path in international customer support with a clear interview process and defined performance benchmarks.
