Insurance AR Caller

Role Overview Business Integrity Services is hiring experienced Insurance AR Callers to join their US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team in Chennai. This is a hybrid role with night shift timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST), offering candidates the flexibility of working from home after selection. You will be part of a dynamic team managing end-to-end insurance claims follow-up for US-based healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities - Perform end-to-end follow-up on insurance claims with US healthcare payers to ensure timely resolution - Handle denied, underpaid, and pending claims by identifying root causes and taking corrective actions such as appeals, corrections, and resubmissions - Work on insurance aging reports and maintain detailed call logs with accurate documentation - Contact insurance companies to verify claim status and initiate required follow-up actions - Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and denial codes to determine the best resolution pathway - Collaborate with internal billing and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and meet SLA requirements - Stay current with payer-specific guidelines and evolving US healthcare industry standards Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in US healthcare Insurance AR calling - Strong working knowledge of denial codes, payer policies, and claim resolution workflows - Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software and billing tools - Solid understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle including eligibility, charge entry, billing, AR follow-up, and payment posting - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with insurance representatives - Graduate in any discipline - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Why Join Us Business Integrity Services offers attractive performance-based incentives along with a work-from-home option for selected candidates, making this an excellent opportunity to grow your career in US healthcare RCM with a reputed BPO firm.
