Role Overview
SGS Technologie is a Jacksonville, FL-headquartered IT and staffing solutions company with over 23 years of experience delivering scalable technology solutions across multiple domains. We are actively seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our US process team, working remotely in a night shift aligned to US business hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST, Monday to Friday). This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals looking to build a career in the international IT services and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through multiple channels including email outreach and calling campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce company offerings, and assess their interest and fit
- Analyse customer requirements and pain points to craft tailored and persuasive sales pitches
- Develop a strong understanding of SGS Technologie core competencies and communicate the value proposition clearly to prospects
- Deliver engaging virtual or telephonic sales presentations that address customer concerns and highlight service benefits
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients throughout the sales cycle
- Manage the complete sales process from first contact to deal closure, including follow-ups and objection handling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
- Contribute to sales forecasting by tracking market trends and analysing customer data
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas on a consistent basis
- Schedule and set appointments for the US-based sales team and provide critical support as required
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a US-facing sales role
- Strong listening ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
- Proven persuasive selling and negotiation techniques
- Ability to handle objections professionally and turn challenges into opportunities
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Hands-on experience with CRM software for tracking and reporting sales activities
- Working knowledge of IT services or staffing solutions is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US time zones
