Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview Ingersoll Rand is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Milton Roy division in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities - Manage inbound calls from prospective and existing customers to understand requirements. - Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria and assign to channel partners. - Ensure distributors and partners update lead status in tracking systems on time. - Follow up with prospects to build relationships and nurture future conversions. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in Salesforce and Interlynx. - Develop deep knowledge of fluid metering and mixing products and services. - Prepare and submit regular reports on lead activities and conversion metrics. Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree in any field of study. - Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. - Mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi communication (verbal and written). - High level of organizational, time management, and team collaboration skills. - Customer-focused approach with a proactive, self-motivated attitude. - Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
