Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner to join our infrastructure support team in Bangalore. You will provide L1-L2 technical support for critical systems in production and development environments. Help us maintain system stability and deliver quality support across networks, OS, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Provide L1-L2 technical support for cloud and server infrastructure. - Diagnose and resolve issues across operating systems, networks, and applications. - Administer and manage cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Implement technology solutions at the OS level across multi-vendor servers. - Document support activities, configurations, and system troubleshooting steps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational procedures. - Mentor junior team members to support technical skill development. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment. - Deep understanding of server administration and network environments. - Educational background consisting of 15 years of full-time education. - Excellent collaborative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
