Deployment Lead

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Customer Service Management Deployment Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will plan and lead the execution of comprehensive platform deployment projects, managing scheduling, budgeting, and resources. Help us deliver seamless omnichannel customer experiences for global clients. Key Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and execute deployment strategies for ServiceNow CSM solutions - Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage project interdependencies and ensure alignment - Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM modules, automating support workflows and routing - Lead software design and integration efforts using ServiceNow APIs and scripting tools - Monitor deployment metrics, budget resources, and support training and pilot phases - Act as a subject matter expert, facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members - Engage with stakeholders to provide technical solutions for complex software challenges Required Qualifications - Graduate degree representing 15 years of full-time education - 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience - Proven expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management customization - Strong experience with APIs, systems integration, and ServiceNow scripting - Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD automated deployment pipelines Why Join Us At Accenture, you will work on high-impact projects that transform the world's leading organizations.
