Helpdesk Senior Associate - ITIL

Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 8 operating systems including registry edits, no-boot issues, and performance optimisation - Troubleshoot Mac devices, MDM configurations, Autopilot device setups, SCCM, Amazon Workspaces, and Citrix environments - Manage Active Directory tasks, Outlook issues, printer errors, external monitor and docking station problems, and network drive connectivity - Act as a liaison between end users and internal departments to ensure all system issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner - Handle customer queries with professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction across all interactions Required Qualifications - Graduate degree with relevant experience or demonstrated knowledge in a technical support role - Hands-on knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, PC hardware, basic networking, MS Office, Internet Explorer, and COTS applications - Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk best practices - Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities Why Join Us At NTT DATA, you become part of a globally recognised organisation that invests over 3 billion USD annually in research and development and operates across more than 50 countries.
