Healthcare Customer Support Executive - Voice Process

Role Overview Apollo Health Axis is urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for its Healthcare Voice Process across Hyderabad and Kolkata locations. This is a full-time permanent opportunity open to freshers with a science or healthcare educational background as well as experienced candidates from healthcare BPO or hospital call centre backgrounds. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, delivering accurate, empathetic, and professional support over voice calls. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound patient and customer calls to understand their healthcare service requirements - Provide accurate information about healthcare services, procedures, and available support options - Follow defined communication guidelines and standard operating protocols during every interaction - Maintain thorough and accurate records of all patient and customer interactions in the system - Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless and timely service delivery - Build and sustain positive relationships with patients and customers through professional communication Required Qualifications - Freshers: B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health Sciences, or any science or healthcare-related graduation - Experienced candidates: Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare telecalling, medical appointment scheduling, hospital call centres, diagnostic centres, or healthcare BPO operations - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory) - Good typing speed and computer proficiency - Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage time under pressure - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts; night shifts applicable for male candidates only - Mandatory documents at the time of walk-in: updated resume and Aadhaar copy Why Join Us Apollo Health Axis offers a structured and rewarding career path within one of India's most recognised healthcare networks.
