Role Overview NTT DATA is hiring a Healthcare and Insurance Operations Senior Associate to join our configuration analysis team in Chennai. In this role, you will manage provider pricing configuration, perform UAT testing, and resolve configuration-related production issues on our health plan platform. Key Responsibilities - Configure client databases for provider contracts and pricing based on business rules. - Formulate configuration approaches and implement advanced platform functionality. - Troubleshoot health plan benefits, provider pricing, reporting, and system issues. - Support fee schedule changes, contract terms, and provider affiliations. - Enable User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement stakeholder feedback. - Write manual test cases and resolve QA issues using Master Issue Logs. - Perform database data validation, query analysis, and audits. Required Qualifications - Five or more years of experience in US healthcare claims payer operations. - Three years of experience in provider contract configuration and UAT testing. - High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a technical or non-technical field. - Two or more years of experience writing SQL database queries. - Exposure to VB or VB.net programming languages.
