Key Responsibilities - Assist in daily operations of the Food & Beverage department at Taj Coromandel. - Deliver polite, warm, and highly professional service to hotel guests. - Coordinate with culinary and service staff to ensure prompt order delivery. - Handle guest queries and requests with empathy and quick resolution. - Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic dining and service areas. - Adhere to Taj service standards, safety policies, and guidelines. - Demonstrate accountability, resilience, and excellent teamwork. Required Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related hospitality field. - Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - High learning agility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Strong team spirit with good problem-solving and analytical judgment. - Basic understanding of food and beverage service procedures.
