Job Description

Role Overview The Global Process Owner for Account Support operates as the custodian of end-to-end Account and Engagement Support processes delivered globally from EY GDS. This role oversees process design, controls, implementation, and optimization of Account Support capabilities that enable EY's client serving functions. You will partner with Global Finance, Regions, and strategic vendor partners to ensure consistent, risk-controlled, scalable, and cost-effective enterprise service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Function as global operational excellence leader for all Account and Engagement Support processes across the Quote to Cash management lifecycle and design improved workflows leveraging AI technology solutions - Identify improvement opportunities, design comprehensive operating models, and ensure compliance with EY's Operating Model, SOX, and internal controls frameworks - Provide comprehensive oversight of outsourced transaction processing support, govern contractual adherence, SLAs, KPIs, and partner performance outcomes - Lead the Global Account Support optimization agenda by redesigning workflows, leveraging automation and analytics to drive process improvement and cost optimization - Design and strengthen control frameworks to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks while partnering with Finance and Risk teams on US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX alignment Required Qualifications - Strong experience in global process ownership, process governance, or enterprise service delivery in complex environments - Proven track record in process transformation, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives - Experience managing outsourced and vendor-delivered services with strong stakeholder ecosystem management - Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks - Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and team leadership skills Why Join Us Join EY to shape your future with confidence in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams. Requirements

- Global process ownership or enterprise service delivery experience - Process transformation and automation expertise - Vendor and outsourced services management experience - Internal controls and compliance framework knowledge - Executive stakeholder management capabilities - Leadership and team motivation skills - RPA or AI solutions experience preferred - Lean Six Sigma or Change Management certifications preferred
