GBS Preferred Customer Associate

Role Overview UPS is hiring a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver a dedicated, one-to-one service experience for its Preferred account customers. This is a permanent role within a Fortune Global 500 organisation that values skill, passion, and a drive for continuous growth. You will take full ownership of customer situations from the first point of contact through to final resolution, including follow-ups and outbound calls where required.
