Front Office Executive

Role Overview Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, a part of Marriott International, is seeking a front office executive to manage guest check-ins, payments, and relations. You will serve as the face of the hotel, anticipating guests' needs and coordinating across departments to resolve calls and issues. Key Responsibilities - Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. - Handle all payment types including cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. - Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness and manage room blocking. - Assist management in training, scheduling, and coaching front office staff. - Review daily shift logs, count banks, and balance receipts according to accounting specifications. - Address guest complaints and follow up to ensure high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in front office, guest relations, or hospitality operations. - Strong multitasking, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills. - Professional appearance, clear speech, and excellent written English capabilities. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
