Job Description

Role Overview Accor is looking for a professional Front Office Executive in Chennai to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. You will manage reception desk operations, handle customer inquiries, and lead room bookings while ensuring the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily administration, guest check-ins, check-outs, and room bookings. - Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a swift and friendly manner. - Maintain the front office logbook, shift reports, and banquet function schedules. - Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to monitor room status and operations. - Motivate and guide the reception team to foster collaboration and high performance. - Monitor cost-effective resource utilization and ensure adherence to standards. Required Qualifications - Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience in a similar capacity. - Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, guest-centric attitude.
