Role Overview Marriott International is looking for a customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our Guest Services team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will process guest check-ins, manage billing, and ensure a warm, professional welcome for all visitors. Key Responsibilities - Process guest check-ins and check-outs by verifying identification and payments. - Set up accurate accounts according to guest preferences and loyalty program data. - Verify billing records, secure payment methods, and compile daily shift reports. - Provide guests with directions, property details, and local attraction suggestions. - Address guest complaints and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve them. - Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching front office associates. - Adhere to company safety procedures and maintain high-quality brand standards. Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent general education degree. - One or more years of experience in guest relations or front office operations. - Strong communication skills with proficiency in professional phone etiquette. - Basic computer operating skills and experience with POS systems. - Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts.
