Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing patient accounts to determine the appropriate course of action. You will handle outbound calls to US insurance companies on behalf of doctors and physicians to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable. The role involves prioritising pending insurance claims from the ageing basket, verifying the accuracy and completeness of patient insurance information, and escalating complex collection scenarios to the management team without delay. Required Qualifications Any graduate with a full-time degree is eligible to apply. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English along with proficient typing abilities.
