Finance Process and Operations Analyst

Role Overview Accenture is seeking a skilled Finance Process and Operations Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical in Gurugram. In this role, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to support critical business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful financial outcomes using advanced tools and systems. Key Responsibilities - Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports covering region, country, product, and service type dimensions - Support the Annual Operating Plan, budgeting cycles, and rolling forecasts with accurate data and analysis - Conduct variance analysis on revenue, working capital, gross margin, SG&A, and pricing - Manage and maintain reporting databases and generate reports from multiple financial systems and platforms - Partner with business units to understand strategic goals and translate financial data into actionable insights using storytelling principles - Act as a focal point between business units and technology teams on key project initiatives - Handle client communication, investigate financial anomalies, and provide day-to-day technical support - Ensure cross-team collaboration for smooth delivery of new and enhanced information solutions - Monitor team and individual performance objectives in line with organizational culture and service expectations Required Qualifications - Chartered Accountant or MBA with 3 to 5 years of relevant FP&A experience - Strong background in Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries - Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, EPM, and working knowledge of SQL - Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access - Experience in financial and management reporting, business intelligence, and database development - Demonstrated ability to lead teams in technical and client-facing environments - Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills Why Join Us Accenture is a global leader in digital, cloud, and security services, empowering over 699,000 professionals across 120 countries to deliver meaningful impact.
