F&A Senior Officer

Role Overview UPS is seeking an F&A Senior Officer to work as a Collections Specialist in Pune. In this role, you will manage Accounts Receivable, resolve billing disputes, and control unapplied cash items through reconciliations. Key Responsibilities - Manage accounts receivable balances and resolve complex customer billing issues. - Reconcile unapplied cash items and process payments in compliance with UPS policies. - Connect with customers to negotiate payment terms and resolve objections regarding invoices. - Document and update customer account details in internal and proprietary UPS systems. - Recommend account write-offs and follow prescribed escalation routes for delinquent accounts. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience. - Maintain, track, and publish accounts receivable performance reports for senior leadership. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related disciplines. - Solid understanding and experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to professionally negotiate payment terms. - Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial databases. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
