Enrollment Representative Specialist - RCM US Healthcare

Role Overview Hanr Support Services is looking for a meticulous and well-organised Enrollment Representative to join its US Healthcare RCM team in Mumbai. This role involves managing provider and patient enrollment activities, handling payer portal administration, and serving as a backup resource for fee schedule management within Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with payer enrollment processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a US night shift environment. Key Responsibilities - Enroll new practice locations, patients, and providers into copay assistance programs and payer portals - Complete and submit enrollment applications with accurate documentation within defined timelines - Monitor enrollment status and follow up with payers, vendors, and program administrators as required - Maintain precise enrollment records, tracking logs, and supporting documentation at all times - Ensure compliance with payer requirements, regulatory guidelines, and internal organisational policies - Set up, maintain, and manage user access to various payer portals - Update provider, patient, and practice location details within payer systems - Troubleshoot enrollment and portal access issues and coordinate resolutions with payer representatives - Retrieve payer fee schedules from portals and authorised sources as a backup function - Review fee schedules for completeness and accuracy before loading them into the RCM system - Support fee schedule audits, updates, and ongoing maintenance activities as needed Required Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, payer enrollment, credentialing, or revenue cycle management - Prior experience working with payer portals and healthcare enrollment workflows - Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and documentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook - Clear verbal and written communication skills in English - Willingness to work from office Monday to Friday in US night shift hours (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) - Experience with copay assistance programs and patient support programs is an added advantage - Familiarity with RCM systems, medical billing, and reimbursement processes is preferred Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to gain direct exposure to US healthcare operations and grow within the expanding healthcare outsourcing sector.
