Role Overview Sri Baby Properties, a trusted real estate developer in Coimbatore known for premium residential and commercial projects, is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their in-house marketing team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you will take ownership of digital campaigns across multiple channels and help drive brand visibility and lead generation for the company. You will work closely with sales, design, and customer relations teams to deliver consistent and impactful marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial real estate projects - Manage social media profiles including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to online inquiries - Monitor and analyse campaign performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports - Manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms and ensure optimal budget utilisation - Support website content updates, coordinate with designers and external agencies, and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels - Identify opportunities to improve SEO performance and enhance online visibility for property listings and brand content Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience - Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of online campaign planning and execution - Hands-on expertise in social media marketing including content creation, community management, and audience growth - Proficiency in web analytics tools to track, interpret, and act on campaign data - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for digital audiences - Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising platforms, and content management systems - Experience in real estate or property marketing is a definite advantage - Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and manage multiple projects within deadlines Why Join Us Sri Baby Properties is a reputed name in the Coimbatore real estate market, built on values of transparency, quality, and customer trust.
