Role Overview Wipro is seeking a talented Developer L4 to design, test, and maintain software applications deployed at client sites. You will analyze business requirements, convert them into feasible designs, and deliver clean code that meets Wipro's quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities - Design, code, and test software programs for operating systems or applications using Pega. - Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible technical architectures and system designs. - Investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and execute solutions to improve performance. - Develop and automate test cases and scenarios to validate software quality and resolve bugs. - Create comprehensive documentation, layout flowcharts, and system diagrams for implementation. - Coordinate with project managers on software capabilities, schedules, and daily progress. - Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and deliver a high-quality customer experience. - Maintain error-free code releases in alignment with project and account-level specifications. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Five to eight years of experience in software development and systems engineering. - Mandatory hands-on experience and advanced proficiency in Pega development. - Strong understanding of software validation, testing automation, and deployment schedules. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high customer-service orientation.
