Delivery Operations Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Associate Manager to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay operations within a shared services environment. This role demands a seasoned professional who can ensure stable, efficient, and compliant service delivery while managing high-performing teams across P2P functions. The position calls for someone who can balance operational excellence with transformation initiatives in a dynamic, global IT services setting. Key Responsibilities - Own and oversee complete Procure to Pay operations including Requisition to PO, goods receipt, two and three-way matching, invoice processing, supplier queries, and payment support - Lead, coach, and manage P2P team leads and analysts by setting clear performance expectations and driving delivery against defined KPIs - Ensure timely and SLA-compliant delivery of P2P services in line with internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks - Act as a senior operational partner to Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders, effectively managing escalations and complex supplier issues - Monitor and analyze P2P performance metrics such as invoice cycle time, exception rates, first pass yield, and SLA adherence to provide actionable insights to leadership - Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives including process standardization, automation, and digitization - Ensure strong controls, audit readiness, proper approvals, segregation of duties, and vendor master governance - Partner with Finance Transformation, IT, and Procurement teams on system enhancements and champion adoption of new ways of working Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA with Finance specialization - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within a Finance and Accounting function - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and strong working knowledge of MS Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables and complex formulas - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders - Proven ability to manage teams, drive governance activities, and collaborate with third-party and client SMEs Why Join Us Accenture brings together 784,000 professionals across more than 120 countries, offering unmatched exposure to cutting-edge technology and intelligent operations. - 10 to 14 years of experience in Procure to Pay within Finance and Accounting - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA in Finance - Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an advantage - Proficiency in SAP HANA and other relevant finance systems - Strong MS Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, and complex formulas - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage escalations and interact with client SMEs and third-party teams - Exposure to automation, RPA, analytics, or AI-enabled finance solutions is a strong advantage
