Key Responsibilities - Manage and evaluate human resources policies, practices, and employee relations programs. - Maintain and update organizational structures, job requirements, and detailed job descriptions. - Support staff recruitment by establishing interview programs and analyzing exit interview data. - Develop and conduct employee orientation and training programs to prepare staff for assignments. - Administer and structure pay plans by conducting regular salary surveys and managing pay budgets. - Coordinate performance appraisal processes and counsel managers and employees on feedback systems. - Implement employee benefit programs, analyze market trends, and handle benefits administration. - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring federal and state HR requirements and maintaining records. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and employee data. - Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and relationship-building abilities. - Proficient in standard office software and HR management systems. - Strong communication skills with an eye for detail and compliance.
