Role Overview TechDoQuest is hiring a Customer Technical Support Engineer to join its growing team in Chennai, Ambattur. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing technical issues with Netgear devices, ensuring swift and effective resolutions through an international voice process. You will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience while also contributing to business growth through premium support contract sales. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls and troubleshoot technical issues related to Netgear devices - Ensure first-call resolution for every customer interaction - Stay updated on newly launched products and recent firmware or software updates - Deliver a friendly and professional service experience by maintaining strong product knowledge - Identify customer needs and position or upsell premium support contracts based on their entitlement - Diagnose and resolve internet and networking issues covering LAN, WAN, and basic computer applications Required Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of experience in an international voice process is mandatory - Strong verbal communication skills in English with excellent comprehension - Solid understanding of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, and internet troubleshooting - Critical thinking and sound decision-making ability with a focus on accuracy - Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment - Customer-first mindset with a drive for continuous self-improvement - Demonstrated ability to sell or upsell support solutions Why Join Us TechDoQuest offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where technical professionals can grow their skills while making a real impact on customer satisfaction. Requirements
