Job Description

Role Overview This is a customer support voice position where you will be the primary point of contact for international clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chat channels to resolve customer queries and concerns promptly - Handle inbound and outbound calls with focus on resolving issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards - Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation and maintain accurate interaction records using CRM software Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in BPO or Call Centre environment with international voice process handling - Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients Why Join Us Join Cognizant as a Customer Success Associate and work with a global organization offering full-time permanent employment.
