Role Overview
Paywint is seeking a responsible and proactive Customer Support Supervisor to manage Chat and Voice Support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, team handling experience, and the ability to ensure smooth customer support operations during both day and night shifts. You will be responsible for monitoring support team availability, managing customer interactions, and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Chat and Voice Support team to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure all customer chats and voice calls are handled professionally and without delays
- Monitor employee attendance, shift availability, and active response time metrics
- Maintain proper support coverage on all working days including weekends and holidays
- Handle escalations and provide quick solutions for customer concerns
- Ensure customers do not face negative experiences due to delayed or missed responses
- Maintain proper coordination between team members and management
- Track team performance, response quality, and support efficiency indicators
- Train and guide support team members to improve communication and customer handling skills
- Maintain discipline, ownership, and accountability within the support team
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Chat Support, Voice Support, or Team Handling
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record
- Excellent communication skills in English
