Role Overview
kitchens@ by Loyal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality service. You will handle queries, resolve issues promptly, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and support platforms
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery timelines, billing, service quality, and feedback
- Process complaints efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and defined turnaround times
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, delivery, and finance teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues as per the company escalation matrix
- Uphold service quality standards, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality protocols
- Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction scores and repeat business metrics
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree (as per role requirement)
- 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support, hospitality, food tech, or a related service industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer-first attitude with solid problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage service recovery conversations calmly
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality, QSR, food delivery, or facility management is preferred
- Multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is a plus
