With over 2 lakh satisfied customers and a thriving Instagram community of 90K+ followers, we are growing fast and looking for passionate individuals to join our team. We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to be the face of our brand and deliver exceptional written support experiences across chat and email platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Understand customer concerns accurately and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant team
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
- Ensure all written communication reflects high standards of grammar, tone, and clarity
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to deliver complete and satisfactory resolutions
- Identify patterns in recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to internal processes or product offerings
- Follow company communication guidelines consistently to uphold a strong and positive brand image
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent educational qualification
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously with efficiency
- Strong typing speed and proficiency in digital communication tools
- Familiarity with customer support platforms or CRM tools is an added advantage
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer interactions
