Key Responsibilities - Handle pre- and post-transaction customer queries efficiently across live chat, email, and telephone channels. - Provide accurate, timely responses, aiming for first-contact resolution to maximize customer satisfaction. - Guide students and institutional clients through submissions, account access, and documentation processes. - Proactively follow up on open issues to gather necessary information and ensure complete query resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical or financial issues when required. - Maintain precise and updated records of all customer interactions in internal CRM and tracking systems. Required Qualifications - Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and friendly style. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing transaction-related documents. - Confident in using digital platforms, CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office applications. - Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads effectively, and meet tight deadlines. - Resilient mindset with the capability to handle challenging customer situations and complaints calmly.
