Job Description

Role Overview Anaplan is hiring a Customer Success Business Partner specialising in Financial Planning and Analysis to join its growing Customer Success team in Gurgaon. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them unlock measurable business value from Anaplan's AI-powered planning and scenario analysis platform. You will go beyond traditional customer success by partnering with senior executives to align platform capabilities with their long-term transformation goals. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the complete lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, and expansion - Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders such as CFOs, CIOs, and CHROs, acting as a strategic advisor aligned to their business priorities - Lead Executive Business Reviews that clearly communicate ROI, value realization, and strategic alignment with Anaplan capabilities - Advise customers on setting up Centers of Excellence and governance frameworks to drive scalable adoption and self-sufficiency - Monitor platform usage and health metrics, identifying risks early and deploying targeted action plans to protect renewals - Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including AI use cases within Financial Planning and Analysis functions - Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to build pipeline within existing accounts and ensure high net revenue retention - Serve as the internal voice of the customer, advocating to Product, Support, and Community teams on behalf of client needs - Develop and contribute to customer success playbooks, assets, and case studies Required Qualifications - 7 or more years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, presales, or management consulting with a focus on renewals and expansion - Deep domain expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis with strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management and Enterprise Planning and Analytics - Hands-on experience implementing or consulting on FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, or SAP BPC/SAC - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative, value-driven approach - Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear and compelling business outcomes - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, or supply chain; CA or MBA qualification is a plus Why Join Us At Anaplan, you will work alongside a global community of innovators who champion diversity of thought and celebrate achievements at every scale. Requirements

- 7+ years in customer success, presales, or management consulting - Deep expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis and Enterprise Performance Management - Hands-on experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, or SAP BPC/SAC - Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to connect platform capabilities to measurable business value - Experience driving renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; CA or MBA preferred - Willingness to travel within India as required
