Role Overview
Genpact is seeking Customer Service Voice Representatives to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI and digital innovation while providing exceptional support to global customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing account recovery processes, and escalating technical issues with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries and address concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Provide comprehensive support for data collection to facilitate account recovery for end users
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and operational policies
- Reproduce customer issues accurately and escalate product bugs to appropriate technical teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline except law
- Fluency in English language is mandatory with neutral English accent preferred

- Excellent written English proficiency and customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekend shifts

Requirements
- Graduate degree from any discipline except law
- Fluency in English language mandatory
