Role Overview
CITYPLOTS is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for clients navigating their property buying journey. This role demands a proactive, people-oriented professional who can deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple communication channels in a dynamic real estate environment. You will play a key role in building lasting client relationships while supporting the sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and promptly
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate property-related information and project details to prospective buyers
- Schedule and coordinate site visits in collaboration with the sales team
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and nurture ongoing communication
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems accurately
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when required
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective customer support
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous service quality improvement
- Support post-sales engagement activities to ensure long-term client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and problem-solving ability
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
