Key Responsibilities - Manage inbound and outbound calls related to billing queries, claims, or patient support. - Provide accurate and empathetic support while maintaining high professional standards. - Process and organize healthcare-related documentation, claims, and billing records. - Ensure timely and precise data entry and updates across system databases. - Handle email and chat support for customers as required. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns. - Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or a similar customer support domain. - Typing speed of at least 28 words per minute with 98% accuracy. - Excellent English communication skills at a B-2 proficiency level or higher. - Basic understanding of US healthcare processes such as claims or billing. - Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
