Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be the face of Mouser to customers across the globe, delivering outstanding service and ensuring every interaction reflects the company's core values. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that supports 23 languages, 34 currencies, and thousands of manufacturer brands. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer requests accurately, including orders, returns, quotes, samples, product information, and catalog inquiries - Understand customer expectations and offer suitable solutions and product options to meet their requirements - Generate new and repeat business by promoting associated products and current offers - Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve any pending concerns - Provide timely price and delivery quotes within company-defined deadlines - Monitor delivery schedules and product quality to meet customer commitments - Process international orders correctly across multiple currencies and compliance requirements - Provide chat support in the local language and any other required languages - Meet or exceed daily productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language - Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience handling customer interactions in a telephone or digital support environment - Familiarity with international order processing and multi-currency transactions is an advantage - Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics consistently Why Join Us Mouser Electronics operates across 28 global offices and is known for its commitment to rapid technology introduction and exceptional service standards.
