Job Description

Role Overview Renesas Electronics, a global leader in embedded semiconductor solutions, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Channel Partners across a multinational environment, providing essential administrative, reporting, and coordination support to drive seamless customer and sales operations. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and reporting support to enable the sales team to focus on customer-facing and design activities - Act as the first-level escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with distributors and the central CSR team for resolution and logistical tracking - Monitor demand changes and support forecast and backlog alignment with the Channel Account Manager and Asset Management teams - Manage sample ordering, tracking, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders - Support distribution-related projects including demand and supply transfers and stock rotations - Participate in Distribution Asset Review Meetings and present data on supply, demand, and process improvements - Assist in the end-to-end Quote to Cash process including quotation preparation, order entry, pricing validation, and invoicing - Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, finance, and credit control for smooth order fulfillment - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, quotations, and payment status - Respond to customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and billing - Prepare sales reports and documentation as required by the sales management team - Collaborate with the marketing team to share customer feedback and emerging market trends Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar function - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across regions and deliver high-quality results - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work across multiple ERP systems and procedures - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions - Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for communication with internal and external stakeholders - Strong MS Excel skills along with general MS Office proficiency - Experience with SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI is an added advantage - Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving capabilities Why Join Us At Renesas, you will be part of a global team of over 21,000 professionals shaping the future of electronics across automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT sectors. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support - Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work across ERP systems and adapt to fast-paced environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Cross-functional coordination and team collaboration skills - Knowledge of SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI is an advantage
