Job Description

Role Overview DeutschPro India, a branch of GfW, is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Operations Support specialist in Kochi. In this versatile role, you will serve as the first point of contact for learners and support the expansion of our educational programs. Join us to help shape an international project and build sustainable educational partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for learners via email, phone, and on-site visits. - Assist course participants with selection, registrations, and general educational inquiries. - Support day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate office workflows. - Help establish and develop our local center as a key operational contact in Kochi. - Implement structured operational processes and workflows to ensure high-quality standards. - Partner with international teams to align local operations with global project goals. - Resolve participant issues in a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented manner. Required Qualifications - At least two years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or education. - High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent vocational training. - Fluency in English and Malayalam; proficiency in Hindi is a strong advantage. - Strong communication, organizational, and intercultural competence skills. - Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications. Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, or coordination - Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) - Strong communication skills and intercultural competence - Good PC and MS Office skills - Based in Kochi, Kerala
