Role Overview Cognizant is looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join their Customer Service team in Chennai in a Voice and Blended process capacity. This role focuses on customer onboarding and involves direct interaction with customers through voice and non-voice channels. It is a full-time, permanent opportunity within the Customer Success, Service and Operations department.
