Role Overview
Wipro is hiring Customer Service Executives to handle international voice process calls in a rotational night shift environment. This is a full-time permanent position suitable for freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience. The role involves managing customer interactions through voice communication with strong emphasis on service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international voice process calls from customers
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining call quality standards
- Follow company protocols and guidelines during customer interactions
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues within stipulated timeframes
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications
- HSC or Bachelor's degree qualification
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- 6 months experience in international voice process is preferred
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts
