Job Description
Role Overview: Yashoda Hospitals, one of Hyderabad's most trusted multi-specialty hospital groups, is actively seeking enthusiastic and multilingual Customer Service Executives to join their patient support operations at the Banjara Hills facility. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity well-suited for freshers as well as candidates with up to four years of experience in customer support, voice processes, or BPO environments. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and can communicate fluently across multiple Indian languages, this role is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to the hospital. You will manage inbound calls and queries, guiding patients with accurate information and a compassionate approach. Booking and coordinating doctor appointments will be a core part of your daily workflow, requiring strong organizational skills and familiarity with hospital scheduling systems. You will also be responsible for upholding high service quality standards, ensuring every patient interaction reflects the hospital's commitment to care and professionalism. Coordinating between patients and medical departments to resolve concerns swiftly will also fall within your scope of responsibilities.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 (Higher Secondary) education as a minimum. A graduation degree is not mandatory. Proficiency in multiple languages โ specifically Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, and Marathi โ is essential for this role given the diverse patient base. Prior experience in customer service, voice process, or BPO roles is an advantage, though freshers with strong communication skills are equally encouraged to apply.

Requirements
Minimum qualification of 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduation not required
Fluency in Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, and Marathi is mandatory
0 to 4 years of experience in customer service, voice process, or BPO
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle high volumes of inbound patient calls professionally
Basic computer proficiency for appointment booking and data entry
