Role Overview
Codeingal is the world's leading online coding and AI education platform for kids and teenagers, trusted by over one million registered students and backed by Y Combinator. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our growing team at our HSR Layout, Bangalore office. This is a full-time, in-person role where you will play a key part in delivering outstanding support to parents, teachers, and students across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and positive experience to every customer interaction
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to parents and teachers using the platform
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat, email, and phone support
- Manage escalation tickets promptly and ensure timely resolution
- Schedule, reschedule, and oversee student class bookings and updates
- Act as a relationship specialist focused on customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months of prior experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong fluency in written and spoken English
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Willingness and availability to work from the office full-time
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
