CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (COMMON)

Role Overview NJ India Invest Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our operations team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage financial transactions and registrations, ensuring seamless client support and administrative efficiency. Freshers and candidates with computer operating skills are encouraged to apply and grow within our organization. Key Responsibilities - Process mutual funds, exchange, fixed deposits, and bond transactions including audits and system entry. - Perform daily system uploads, scanning of applications, and database management. - Collect and scan transaction acknowledgments to maintain accurate documentation. - Assist the transactions department in updating pending transaction advisory reports. - Handle customer account registrations and conduct follow-ups on pending cases. - Manage office administration tasks, including courier services and branch expenses. - Coordinate petty cash operations and provide active sales support. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. - Up to twelve months of experience in transaction processing or back-office operations. - Strong proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry. - Ability to handle office administration and query resolution effectively.
